Louise is an accomplished executive and business leader, with 25 years’ experience in complex, fast- growing global companies in the banking, finance, and infrastructure sectors; as well as extensive experience in risk management. Louise is currently a Non-Executive Director of Snowy Hydro Limited, Deputy Chair Inland Rail, CompanyB Limited (Belvoir) and NAISDA Foundation and founder and Director of Orion Mechanical Services along with being and a member of the National Standing Committee on Energy and the Environment for Global Access Partners (NSCEE). Previously, Louise was a member of the Heritage Council of New South Wales. Past Non-Executive Director roles have included Sydney Metro, Silk Logistics Holdings and Moorebank Intermodal Company.


	Jono Brauer	Club Captain

A two-time Winter Olympian and honorary life member of Thredbo Ski Race Club (TSRC), Jono Brauer brings over 30 years of alpine racing experience, raw passion, and a deep understanding of what it takes to reach the top as an Australian ski racer. After eight years on the World Cup circuit and two Olympic Games, Jono swapped the start gate for the coaching bench, leading athletes at national and junior levels, including the Junior National Team and TSRC. A Thredbo local turned world traveller, Jono has come full circle—now back home in the Snowy Mountains with his wife Caroline and their two kids, Lilly and Banjo, who both train with TSRC. Off the mountain, he’s a successful entrepreneur running multiple ventures in retail, e-commerce, and adventure experiences, all while staying deeply connected to the ski world through his roles on Snow Australia’s National Alpine and Athlete Committees, and as the expert alpine commentator for the Winter Olympics (Beijing 2022 and upcoming Milano-Cortina 2026). For Jono, skiing isn’t just a sport—it’s a way of life. Now as Club Captain for the TSRC Board, he’s ready to give back to the club that shaped his journey, bringing energy, experience, and his trademark mantra: have fun and send it!.

Kim Clifford.

Director

Kim is a TSRC Life Member & member since its inception in 1972 and Thredbo local. Kim is a Winter Olympian, who competed at the Innsbruck 1976 Winter Olympics in GS, Slalom & Downhill events. A broken wrist a week prior to the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics prevented his participation there. He is also a qualified FIS Technical Delegate (TD).

Kim has held various positions in tourism and snow sports organisations, including Chairman of the Australian Ski Areas Association, and is currently a Director of Snow Australia. Kim served as General Manager of Kosciuszko Thredbo from 1990 to 2012, and has consulted to several alpine related resorts and ventures. Kim’s children Olivia and Will were TSRC members, Will representing Australia at World Cup and World Championships level.

Kim provides TSRC a link with Snow Australia, strategic advice about alpine activities, as well as a very capable set of hands and skis on race days.

Paul Manka

Director

Paul Manka has worked in the financial services industry since 1985, holding senior roles across both public and private sectors. With qualifications in business and finance, he provides strategic financial advice to a wide range of clients and has served on several boards throughout his career.

Paul’s connection to Thredbo Ski Racing Club spans nearly 40 years. With three sons progressing through the club’s programs—his youngest now in FIS—TSRC has been a meaningful part of his family’s life. He is passionate about giving back to the club and supporting its continued growth and success.

Beyond his professional background, Paul has been involved in high-performance sport as a Director of Andoo Team Australia, guiding 13 elite Australian sailors at the 2024 Women’s and Youth America’s Cup in Barcelona. This experience deepened his understanding of athlete development and performance, shaping his commitment to ensuring TSRC remains financially strong, well-governed and athlete-focused.

Amanda Wunderlich.

Company Secretary and MPIO

Amanda was a TSRC athlete in the late 1980's and returned to the club in 2022 as a parent, with two daughters now at the club. She holds a Bachelor of Sports Science (Hons) and an MBA, and has over 30 years of experience in national and international sports administration, including roles with Surf Life Saving Australia, V8 Supercars, and the World Rally Championship.

With a passion for sports marketing, sponsorship, and communication, Amanda is also an equestrian coach and currently serves as TSRC Secretary and Member Protection Officer. A former Board Member of Pony Club NSW, she remains actively involved at State and National levels and is committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive club culture while ensuring athletes have access to opportunities to grow, connect, and perform at their best.
