U14 / U16 Program Info & Requirements

U14 / U16 Program (Athletes Born 2011–2014)

The U14 and U16 Program builds upon the foundation established in the younger age groups, with fundamental skill aquisition and learn to train/race training phase. Athletes continue to develop strong tactical awareness and movement pattern specific to each discipline.

The program follows a progressive seasonal plan, where we focus on the given movement patterns and the exposes the athletes to a variety of challenges where they will learn the tactics and tools to ski fast in any situation, allowing athletes to develop their skills through a step-by-step approach.

As athletes mature, greater levels of commitment, discipline, independence and personal responsibility are expected.
