Andrew Lees

President

 

Andrew has been a member of the TSRC since 2019 & was appointed to the board as Treasurer in 2021 before taking over as President in 2023. Andrew is currently on the executive committee at LGT Crestone Wealth Management & has previously held senior positions at UBS & Merrill Lynch. Andrew is passionate about ensuring the financial position of the club is such that it can implement its strategic plan as quickly as possible as well as raising the skiing standards of the club. Andrew has two children currently training with TSRC.


 

 

 

 

Adam Harvey

Treasurer

 

Adam is co-head of Australian Small Cap Companies at Paradice Investments & has had 21 years of experience in the funds management industry. This involves analysing their finances & future earnings potential. As such, Adam has a strong finance background & an ability to undertake modelling of potential outcomes. Adam achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree at The University of New England. Adam has three daughters, the oldest of which is a member of the club training with the U/12’s. As a competitive swimmer in his teenage years, Adam realises there are no shortcuts to success & is very process driven. Adam fully supports the club in its performance base endeavours & wishes to challenge & assist the club fully implement its strategic plan.



 

   

 

Suzanna Helia

Secretary

Suzanna has been a member of the TSRC since 2017 & was appointed to the board in 2022. Suzanna has three children, who are passionate about skiing and life in general, two of them are at TSRC.

Suzanna has a history of ski racing until her late teens overseas. Ski racing is still her greatest passion and commitment, and Suzanna is also a member of The Australian Golf Club and Maccabi Tennis Club. She is a CEO of the largest synagogue in Australia, with successful background and significant experience in strategic transformations in Banking and Financial services. Suzanna postgraduate degrees include MBA, Masters of Environmental Laws and Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investments.


 

 

Adrienne Halley

Registrar

Adrienne was a TSRC athlete and member of the Australian Women’s Ski Team in the 1980s, and daughter of Bob Arnott, Australian Olympian and co-creator of the FIS points system. She returned to the club in 2013 as a club parent and joined the board as Registrar in 2018.  Adrienne looks after communication between the club and the membership and acts as the liaison between the club and new members.  After a long career in the travel industry, Adrienne is now studying nutrition.  She has a keen interest in sports nutrition and hopes to use this to benefit TSRC athletes.

 

 

Kim Clifford

 

Director

Kim is a TSRC Life Member & member since its inception in 1972 and Thredbo local. Kim is a Winter Olympian, who competed at the Innsbruck 1976 Winter Olympics in GS, Slalom & Downhill events. A broken wrist a week prior to the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics prevented his participation there. He is also a qualified FIS Technical Delegate (TD). 

Kim has held various positions in tourism and snow sports organisations, including Chairman of the Australian Ski Areas Association, and is currently a Director of Snow Australia. Kim served as General Manager of Kosciuszko Thredbo from 1990 to 2012, and has consulted to several alpine related resorts and ventures. Kim’s children Olivia and Will were TSRC members, Will representing Australia at World Cup and World Championships level. 

Kim provides TSRC a link with Snow Australia, strategic advice about alpine activities, as well as a very capable set of hands and skis on race days.


 

   
 

Anthony Wilson

Director

 

Anthony is a former TSRC athlete representing the club from 1985-1991. He was selected on various junior and senior National Teams’ during this period including The Australian Men’s Alpine ‘B’ team in 1990. Anthony won the Australian Intervarsity title with the Australian National University, Canberra in 1992 & 1994. Anthony returned to Australia in 2020 after 21 years in Hong Kong where he worked in Institutional Equities at Macquarie Bank and the Alternative Asset Management industry. Anthony now managers a Family Office focussing on Critical Technology & Advanced Manufacturing. Anthony is a director of ACT & Southern NSW Rugby (ACT Brumbies), who are recognised as Australia’s most successful provincial Rugby Club. Anthony is the father of three young children, none of whom are enrolled in the club



 

 

Richard Davis

Director

 

Richard has been with TSRC for 10 years, 8 of those as a board member, 5 as Club Captain & President. Richard has spent most of his time coordinating and assisting the on hill operations of TSRC. He has represented TSRC with Snow Australia to ensure TSRC programmes fulfil the requirements of the Alpine Athlete training pathway. Richard has enjoyed watching his three daughters progress through the Club including participating in the Youth Winter Olympics. When not involved with the club, Richard owns and operates a diverse agribusiness.

 

 

Geoff Greentree

Office Administrator

Geoff has been in this role with the club for the past eight years. Prior to this, Geoff was a teacher for thirty years in a variety of schools around NSW before finishing as Deputy Principal of Snowy Mountains Grammar School in Jindabyne.

Geoff has been involved with Interschools Snowsport for twenty five years and has been a member of the Interschools Committee since 2015. Geoff works closely with the Program Director and Coaches, so they can spend as much time on-snow as possible as well as ensuring the day to day running of the Club occurs as smoothly as possible.
