NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 

Notice is hereby given that the Fifty Second Annual General Meeting of TSRC will be held on Sunday 25 May 2025 at 10:00am. The meeting will be held via videoconference only. The agenda, final documentation and a  link for the meeting will be provided closer to the AGM. 

All members of Thredbo Ski Racing Club are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting. Should a member  wish to raise any matters at this meeting, this must be notified in writing to info@thredboskiracing.com by  Sunday 3 May at 10am (21 days prior to the AGM). 

Voting and Proxy Procedure 

All financial members of Thredbo Ski Racing Club are invited to vote in person or by proxy. All proxy votes must  be notified in writing using the provided Proxy Form at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. A Proxy form will  be sent with the meeting agenda.  

Voting Matters 

The Committee proposes that TSRC adopt a new constitution. This draft constitution is based on a pro forma  prepared by counsel to Snow Australia and is currently being confirmed by that counsel. In preparing the  revised Constitution, regard was given to the constitutional documentation for other similar organisations,  including other ski racing clubs in Australia and New Zealand. If you have any questions in relation to the draft document Emma de Carle is happy to discuss these with you and refer any questions to Snow Australia as required. Emma is also very happy to set up a Q&A  meeting if there is sufficient demand from members. 

Election of Office Bearers 

The Committee will consist of up to seven (7) Office Bearers who will all be members of TSRC. Under the current constitution Office Bearers will retire and are eligible for re-election.  

Any two (2) members of TSRC may nominate any other member to the position of office bearer by completing  the attached nomination form. Nominations shall be signed by the person nominated and shall be made in  writing, using the attached form, to the Club Secretary, Amanda Wunderlich (info@thredboskiracing.com), 14 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting, being before Sunday 11 May at 10am. Before accepting  a nomination, please ensure you are prepared to devote the considerable time & effort that is required, as well  as bringing a complimentary skill set to the Committee. 

A list of Candidates will be made available to members at least 7 days prior to the AGM. On behalf of the TSRC Committee
